Here at Rooted, we breathe tree preservation, health, and teaching your family how to care for them. Our team strives to provide the best solutions and ideas to help you maintain your beloved habitat.
Rooted Tree Care is owned and operated by certified arborist Lydia Bruning. She specializes in low-impact tree care, best practice tree pruning, tree assessment, and climbing removals.

Hey there! I’m Lydia Bruning. I am the owner, certified arborist and tree climber at Rooted Tree Care. I’ve always had a deep love for trees and the outdoors, so helping them thrive is something I’m truly passionate about. Whether it’s pruning, assessing tree health, planting or handling hazardous tree removals safely, I love what I do and take pride in doing it right.
When I’m not working on trees, you’ll probably catch me climbing trees for fun, hiking through nature, woodworking, or working in my garden. I also love spending time with my family.
I volunteer as a firefighter in my community, which keeps me connected to the importance of community based service.
I’m fortunate to have a great husband by my side, and together, we balance work, family, and enjoying the simple pleasures of life outdoors.
The name Rooted Tree Care comes from the idea of “being rooted and grounded in love” (Eph. 3:17-19), which really captures my drive with Rooted Tree Care. It's not just about caring for trees, but also about serving our community and building connections with the people we work with.
